Come along and enjoy a few hours spent learning how to decorate, mould and fill your own handmade chocolate and truffles. Using the finest ingredients we start by decorating moulds, mix ganache and caramels to create a range of fresh goodies. Taste testing chocolate from round the world we compare different flavours, while explaining how cocoa becomes chocolate to help understand how to best taste your favourite treat.
